Make sure the mail server type is a POP3 in the pull down menu option at the top as shown.
Your incoming mail
host (POP3) should be pop.surfari.net.
The outgoing (SMTP) mail host should be mail.surfari.net.
Your screen should look like this. Click Next for the next screen.
